Since 2013 we have designed, built and serviced performance testing equipment from our own production plants in Dongguan, China.
HAOEN Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise based in Dongguan — widely known as the manufacturing base of global industry. We design, develop, produce, sell, calibrate and service environmental, reliability, packaging and rubber-plastic test equipment.
What separates us from a supplier is where the work happens. The engineering drawing, the chamber liner, the welded frame, the control cabinet, the calibration bench and the export crate are all produced inside our own plants. That means the person who specifies your chamber and the person who welds its frame work in the same organisation, on the same quality system.
For laboratories, that translates into something practical: specification changes during a project are absorbed by the factory instead of passed between suppliers, calibration data is produced by our own accredited benches, and the QC file that arrives with the machine is traceable to the production floor.
Every machine is engineered, welded, assembled and tested under one roof. Two production plants control tolerances from raw sheet steel to final calibration.
Drawings, PLC logic, instrumentation and chamber geometry are developed in-house, so non-standard chamber sizes and test profiles ship without external dependencies.
Temperature, humidity, pressure and load cells are calibrated on our own accredited benches before shipment, with certificates issued per unit.
IQC, IPQC and OQC gates sit between material intake, welding, assembly and dispatch. Nothing leaves the line without a signed inspection record.
Seaworthy crating, anti-rust treatment and complete document sets are prepared for shipment to laboratories across 60+ countries.
Installation guidance, remote commissioning and spare parts support are delivered by engineers, not call centres, in your timezone.
Chamber geometry, load frame, airflow and instrumentation are modelled and reviewed before any steel is cut.
Sheet metal, compressors, sensors and electrical parts pass incoming inspection against incoming QC checkpoints.
CNC cutting and press braking form the chamber body, liner and door frame to millimetre drawings.
TIG and robot welding seal the chamber, followed by stress relief and surface treatment.
Refrigeration, electrical cabinets, sensors and control panels are installed and wired to the schematic.
Commissioning runs temperature, humidity, vibration and load profiles; data is logged per unit.
Crating, manuals, certificates and the QC file are completed and sealed for dispatch.
Shipment tracking, on-site installation and operator training are arranged with local partners.
Our engineers size the chamber, select the instrumentation and issue a full compliance file before production begins.
